As promised, here are most of the components from the Mass Production Copy (MPC) I received yesterday from Panda! They look even better in person!!

I have some good news and some bad news. The bad news is that we will no longer be shipping to backers ahead of schedule in Oct/Nov. The good news is that we will STILL ship by December (and possibly middle of November to some) as originally estimated in the Kickstarter campaign.
David explained over the phone to me that they they must alter the molds a bit to allow for easier removal during production. Panda is confident they can perfect the molds to optimize their process, resulting in a superior product to you.
I was really excited about delivering everything ahead of schedule, so this is a let down for me too. However, I’d rather not rush or short-change the production process, and I do trust Panda on this.

I've been speaking with our production team this week to try to nail down our exact schedule for shipping Feudum. Unfortunately there have been some delays so we need to update our schedule…
…The reason that is late because there were some issues with the molds that need to be corrected. That is being finished now so the MPC will be ready to send to you next week.
…Since we are shipping in October you'll receive shipments in November. That should leave plenty of time for backers to get their orders in December before the holidays
I want to apologize again for the delay. As a follow-up to our call here is an updated schedule.
Final Assembly:
· Wave 1: 1 week October 8th to October 14th
· Wave 2: 1 week October 16th to October 22nd
Shipment to Fulfillment Centers: 5-6 weeks (from china via freight to fulfillment centers)
· Wave 1: October 14th - November 18th
· Wave 2: October 22nd - November 25th
Shipment to Backers: 4 weeks (from fulfillment centers to backers) November 18th or 25th to December 13th or 20th

Based on the vote results below, I’ve decided to accommodate everyone as best I can. (I’ve read through your comments). : )
For most of you, I will perform lock down on Tuesday, Sept. 3. This allows me to capture accurate numbers and prepare a spreadsheet for Quartermaster Logistics PRIOR to Shipping to all fulfillment centers worldwide….which may occur as EARLY as September 8.
If you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT be locked no sooner than November 1st, I am willing to work with you on an individual basis (with help from my assistant, Faith), if you send me an email entitled “Lock Down” to [email protected].

Hey everyone, I had no idea my last update would be so controversial. In fact, many backers have urged me to lock down sooner. My motive for this was simply to have a more accurate order count sooner, however, I am willing to listen to the majority here. What would you have me do?
A. Lock down November 1, 2019 as originally planned
B. Lock down Sept. 1 2019
C. Lock down Oct. 1, 2019

In order to get accurate counts and adhere to the production schedule below, I will now be performing "LOCK DOWN" sooner than expected—Wednesday, August 21st at NOON. (As opposed to November 1).
If you have NOT completed your survey (provided your address, added add ons, entered credit card information), PLEASE DO SO IMMEDIATELY or you will not receive your order! If you lost your survey email, or never received one, go to this SURVEY RECOVERY PAGE. You will be able to enter your email address to receive another survey link!
1. NO MORE EDITS TO YOUR ORDER
First, you will no longer be able to ALTER your order after Wednesday.
2. CARDS CHARGED FOR SHIPPING/ADD-ONS
Also, it means that credit cards will be charged to capture SHIPPING and ADD-ONS purchased after the campaign...Unless you paid via pay pal which is always charged immediately.
3. AFTER LOCKDOWN, THE ODD BIRD GAMES PREORDER STORE WILL BE CLOSED TEMPORARILY WHILE PRICING IS ADJUSTED.
The preorder store will go offline temporarily, while prices get adjusted to MSRP (Retail) pricing. This means that customers will not be able to take advantage of discounted campaign pricing. In short, customers have until Noon on Wednesday to take advantage of better pricing. LATER this month, the preorder store will open again with slightly higher pricing.
